Day Off -- things done

Had the day off. It was really nice. Especially after training all weekend. I'm spoiled to have awesome co-workers and a flexible job. :) I woke up with the dogs around 8 (on my day off, mind you!). Lounged around after feeding. We found Step By Step and some HGTV shows to watch, since Spongebob didn't come on until late afternoon. It was nice, no agenda. Gus now knows, if he scratches he gets to go outside. It's awesome, little to no piddle spots on the carpet. But this also means taking him out when he just wants to play. That's when I wish we had a back yard. I would love for Gus and Snickers to have a backyard to play and run around in. Soon enough, soon enough.
We did get to buying wedding thank you gifts for the parents (although I want just one more little thing to add to it) and for Sammie and Daniel. YAY. That's off our to do list. Now, really, it is time to save and plan for the "fun stuff." Woo Hoo.

Lee and I treated ourselves to a new toy. A WII! :) Ya! We got some extra monies in the mail, and we got it. No regrets. We both wanted it and we are excited. Don't be a hater!
Gus had his physical today. He is 3 pounds. Our little man. Got the dogs their heartworm and flea meds and now all our animals are up to date on everything -- hooooooray!
