True Life

I don't know if it's crazy or sad that I noticed the Walls Unit on an episode of True Life. It was titled, True Life: I'm getting out of prison. Wow. I guess spending 4 years in Huntsville for college and working at the Law Enforcement training facility made me very aware of my surroundings.
A guy on the show stabbed another man in the neck with a pencil -- and he was getting out of prison in Texas. I was thinking maybe he is in Huntsville, and sure enough, it was. HAHA. Noticed the orange-y brick, the clock on the top and the waiting area just across from the main building. Wow.

I can't believe I actually missed this episode considering how much MTV has been playing True Life lately!

I suppose the old saying applies: you can take the prisoner out of Walls, but you can't take Walls out of the prisoner...

I've had people tell me that it IS wierd to glance at the tv and see the walls after living here for a while. Pretty unmistakable image.
